On 01/08/2026, while driving approximately 55 mph in Scottsdale, Arizona, the sunroof glass on my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee suddenly fractured and shattered upward without any known external impact. Ambient temperature was approximately 40-45 F and cabin heat was set to approximately 80 F. There was no rock strike, chip, crater, or starburst impact point observed. The fracture appears to originate in the center of the sunroof panel. Vehicle mileage was approximately 21,924 miles at the time. No crash occurred, but the sudden glass failure created a safety hazard and driver distraction at highway speed and required immediate repair. The vehicle was inspected at Chapman Dodge Scottsdale (Repair Order 7444177). …

The vehicles climate control/hvac system has inadequate ventilation that prevents air movement to occur. In cold tempatures all all of the vehicles windows fog and ice over form the inside. This results in the driver loosing visibility out of any window. During cold weather conditions, the rear passengers, windows, and rear wind window, even with defrost drawn ice up immediately along with the double moon roof. Problem limits, visibility, making the vehicle, unsafe to drive due to the limited visibility caused by this inadequate and design deficiency. There are no heating system vents besides in the front dash of the vehicle due to the moonroof. The rear climate controls do nothing to remedy of the issue . When I reported the issue to JEEP corporate immediately after purchase, they acknowledged the design deficiency, and that they were working corrected for future models. …

Non exist any warning lamp, messages, or other symptoms of the problem before the failure.
In August 2023 a recall was issued for my vehicle (Recall 56A) for an issue with the Central Vision Park Assist Module. My CVPAM software was updated per the recall. As soon as this software was completed, my backup and forward facing camera has not functioned properly. Initially my backup camera guidelines disappeared and my forward facing camera guidelines would not turn off. My opened a "Star" case with Chrysler and worked on this issue for 3 months, replacing the camera, updating software, replacing two different camera modules and nothing would correct the issue. In November Chrysler told the dealer not to replace any more hardware and they acknowledged there was an issue with the software update that caused the problem. They informed my dealer that an update would come out to correct the issue in either a recall or a dealer notice. …
On February 8, 2026, I attempted to use the windshield washer fluid, but no fluid came out onto the windshield. Instead, it forcefully sprayed the front camera. The washer system did not spray the front windshield or the rear window at all. The car is in the shop for repair. A video of this issue is on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K7I1wG2UjrU
