Driver side and third row passenger side seat belts have stopped retracting, will not retract. Exterior tail light is going out due to faulty manufacturer seal, water gets in and destroys tail light from inside which also lets water get into license plate bulb and makes the license plate bulbs burn out constantly. I feel unsafe driving my vehicle due to the seatbelt not retracting, if I have to slam on my brakes, the seal belt does not lock up like it should. I cannot have a passenger in the third row passenger side due to the seatbelt being loose and not retracting at all. Vehicle has not been reproduced, confirmed or inspected yet by anyone other than myself and passengers. No warnings before any of the issues.

Since I purchased this vehicle in January 2020 11th, it drove like it had bad gas in it. It wanted to go when I accelerated but slow to move. I was not told by the dealer nor given car fax about the recall and the dangerous it could pose to me and my family. I had a leak, which had to do with transmission and I repaired it out of our own expenses bc it wasnt covered. It also stopped turning on as well. My husband was visiting his sister, and it cut off while coming onto the on the ramp of a local street. Exactly what the recall said as notified in December 2020 happened while in motion on a busy road. I am thankful it was my husband and not me and my three young children. That day was January 1st 2021, the car was towed to my home, aaa only allows one tow. And gate of dealership was closed. It is still there. And I was told it was on back order the part and wont be in until February. …

My 10 year old daughter went to put on her seat belt (2nd row passengers side) I was in park car turned off. The seat belt fell from the wall in which it was connected. All damage seen was located within the wall. Upon further investigating of all other seat belts I found the 3rd row passengers side was also damaged. I can count on 1 hand how many times someone has sat in the 3rd row. I took my car down to the dealership and I was told this was due to "normal wear and tear" since I no longer have a service warranty they will not replace the belts. I contacted Chrysler directly (ref #30773827 and email case# 3424728) and was told they would not replace the belts because it was caused by an "outside influence and not manufacture defect." not only am I now out 2 seat belts, but I am worried my family and I are no longer safe in this car. Attached are pictures and emails. …
