My 2014 Chrysler 200 is subject to the s61 recall because the air bag and seat belt May not deploy or operate properly in an accident. FCA says it has no fix for the issue, but is comfortable with placing my young daughter's life at risk every time she drives. Apparently it is cheaper for them to pay off in a death than really take care of the issue. They clearly can do something since they offer reimbursement if you have already had the issue fixed and they no longer use that faulty device in their new vehicles. Chrysler's response to wait and see if something happens is totally unacceptable. Chrysler should be forced to take these vehicles off the road and provide compensation to owners even if that is a deal to trade at the customer's benefit for an equivalent car without this issue. …

Multiple issues, passenger window is a very common issue, looked on YouTube and found many videos for it was able to jump with direct power to the pigtail using wires and a battery and was able to roll it up but no explanation for why it ends up having this issue, heater core also a consistent issue, it is obvious with passenger side goes cold and 95% of the fix is a new heater core. Headrests popping, had the safety recall done 02chz28 (Recall S61) and never was mentioned or brought up by local dealer, both seatbelts are not functioning properly, passenger side is the worst, locks up and both are running along the plastic causing it to become deformed and wearing on the edges of the belts. Vehicle has obvious replacements on the front but no accident history. Hood is a different vin number and grill is not original from factory. I found the original photo of the car's first sale post. …

I was driving straight forward, in the right lane of a four lane highway (two lanes in either direction). A car traveling in the opposite direction, lost control and crossed the highway, striking my car's front end. My car received extensive front end damage. The car was totaled, as was the other car. I was driving and my wife was in the front passenger seat. We were both wearing our seat belts. At the time of the impact, neither airbag deployed, nor did the seat belt pretensioners activate (locking the seat belts in place), causing serious injury to both of us, requiring hospital admittance in the intensive care unit, for myself. Police traffic crash report, photos and other documents are available if required, in the future. Also, I just received a re-call notice, dated October 1, 2016. …
