On 10/21/21 myself and my child (rear passenger in booster safety seat) were in a solo vehicle accident that resulted in our vehicle hitting an embankment before rolling 3x landing on the wheels again in the right position on the same side of vehicle we originally had impact. We were less than 1 mile from our home, headed to school, there was no unsafe conditions, and I don't have any memory of the morning or accident due to severe injury and brain injury, but there's no reason or logical reason for me to be driving in the manner or at the speeds that I was. I passed a car in front of me on a very rural road right as we came upon the almost figure 8 curves on a road I drive everyday. …

Purchased and installed 4 new Goodyear wranglers in September at town fair tire. While my son was driving at approximately 25 MPH the right front passenger tire came off of the rim causing loss of steering which resulted the vehicle hitting a utility pole and going off road and hitting a stone wall, went to town fair and was asked what do you want us to do about it manager didn't seem to inclined to help us.

I was driving on the highway and hit another car that was stationary on the side of the road. I had impact on the right front passenger side of my truck, flipping their car as well as my truck. My airbags did not deploy. I had no indication lights on my dash and had no known electrical issues. Lucky the car I hit was unoccupied and I recieved a few minor injuries.

My wife was backing up in our drive way she did not see my sons Honda civic behind her very poor vision from being so high factory settings. She ripped the gas tank open. A few years later she was rear ended and again the tank ripped open we were lucky both times no fire. Then we have had death wobble every Jeep suffer,s from it at some time in it,s life as per the dealer. I replaced every steering part in the front end after 40,000 miles again it happened to me at 55mph on the highway I came so close to it rolling it over it took me more than a month to get back in it. The design of the rear is just an accident waiting to happen the rear is the same as a ramp to drive up. I am far from a rich man this product cost me close to 40,Grand. I truly thought we could get a few cost free miles.I am disabled I live on a fixed income. Now my investment is worthless. …

I just got a copy of the n47 rear structural reinforcement recall. You people have got to be kidding me. Who took the payoff on this one? There is absolutely no difference between the 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee when these vehicles get hit from behind when the gas tank explodes. The 1999-2004 need to be included under the n45 recall same as the 1998 and earlier models. As we all know the 1998 and earlier Jeep Grand cherokees are a fading model due to the age of the vehicles. Meaning that Chrysler will not have to spend as much money to fix these 1998 and earlier models as they would if you included the 1999-2004 models which should be included because they have exactly the same structural problem and will be on the road longer. My goodness this is common sense. Chrysler needs to do the right thing. I want my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee recalled and fixed. …

On 09/12/2015, I was rear ended at a stop light in a Grand Cherokee with the factory towing pkg.ie fact. Trailer hitch and was trapped in the vehicle until assistance arrived. My replacement vehicle, also a Grand Cherokee, has no trailer hitch. After reading several articles about the gas tank fire recall, I was very interested in getting this recall done. I went to bertera Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge expecting a trailer hitch to be installed as a protective device for the fuel tank. To my surprise I was told that the recall did not apply to my vehicle. Recall number n45. When I was rear ended every thing seemed to perform correctly. The trailer hitch bent down to protect the fuel tank, the frame buckled, and the body stretched between the doors. I seems to me that with the exception of the driver door, everything performed as it should to absorb energy from the car striking mine. …
