I was at a stoplight waiting to turn left. I got the green arrow light so I proceeded to follow the vehicle in front of me who also turned left, I was not following close to the vehicle and the vehicle in front of me did not brake. Then my cars automatic emergency brake engaged in the middle of the intersection while tuening left and casued the cars behind to crash and my back to be injured. I am very upset as this has happened on 2 other occasions where I did not track the mileage or insections. I called the dealer where I purchased the vehicle, Mungenast Honda in St Louis MO. They have yet to schedule me a service appointment, but I did ask for one.

To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this complaint to report a serious vehicle safety issue involving a Honda vehicle that was under a lease agreement. From the start of the lease, the vehicle suffered from repeated malfunctions of its safety and proximity sensors. These issues were reported, and the vehicle was taken multiple times to an authorized Honda dealership. Despite these efforts, the problem was never resolved. I later discovered that the vehicle had an active safety recall that was never disclosed to me, even though the vehicle had been serviced at the dealership on several occasions. This failure to inform me of a recall represents a significant safety concern. Subsequently, the vehicle was involved in an accident that resulted in a total loss. I firmly believe that the unresolved sensor failures and the lack of recall disclosure played a role in this incident. …
March - mpg display rapid fluctuations causing car to use more gas than should. It resolved itself a few weeks after taking it to dealership and them saying it not a problem but I don't think it should've been like that. August 29 - acc stop sensing car in-front me immediately after turning on indicator and sped up resulting in and accident, luckily no one was injured. September 7 - while reversing into a frequently used parking spot the car thought 'the wall was moving' it has never done that before. Automatic collision braking activates when vehicle or object is nowhere near the car and almost caused accidents multiple times. I thought this was natural at first but then I heard of others having the same problem.
The contact owns a 2022 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle failed to accelerate as intended while depressing the accelerator pedal. Multiple warning lights illuminated intermittently: TPMS, ABS, Traction, brake system, power steering, Uphill, and Cruise Control. The contact stated that on a separate occasion, the Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS) unexpectedly triggered, and the vehicle braked without warning. The contact had no control over the steering wheel; the wheel ended up doing a 180-degree turn, and the front driver-side wheel detached. The vehicle ended up going into a ditch, where it came to a stop. No air bags deployed. The contact went to urgent care afterward, and the doctor prescribed muscle relaxers for minor back injuries. The police were called; however, no police report was filed. …
Woke up and started my car, all the lights were on including engine light. no adapter cruise, steering light was on. Screen also was saying avoid speeding. Every notification was telling me go to the dealer ship. I took it Howdy Honda in Texas and they said we will need to do a diagnostic and it was for 255 for to see what the problem was. They looked and said I had code for po172(rich) and misfire on p0301 told me I need to replace fuel injectors. Which cost 1933$. Which is way too much and fuel injectors a labor should be covered under Federal Emissions Warranty but they said no. So I am filing a recall for fuel injectors for my 2022 Honda accord sports se. I am unable to drive because it's in limp mode. I also have documentation from howdy for quote.
