about 2 years old, I was with my family driving on the freeway when I felt the car veering to the right going off the road. I tried to correct the steering by pulling it to the left. I was not able to correct this steering as it seemed that the steering wheel was lock. I tried stopping the car from going off the road but the brake pedal was very hard to push. It seemed like the car had lose all power. The car went down the hill off the freeway and hit a huge road sign. I was doing 55 to 60 miles per hour and very mush alert. The car finally came to a stop in the middle of the frontage road. We started to push the car and it was hard to push so I attempted to start the car and to my surprise, it started. So I drove it to a safe place and called the police to make a report and the towing service. The damage on the front end of the was over $3,000. This was the first incident. …

The bolts were loose on the driveshaft on the all-wheel-drive, which caused them to have to replace the entire driveshaft! If the driveshaft would've broke, whoever was driving the vehicle, whether it be me, or with my son in it, we would've wrecked and possibly died! The problem has been confirmed with a certified dealer! There is no warning signals. There was nothing and there is a recall on the same. There is a recall for the exact same problem as my car, and now they will not cover it because it doesn't show up on the Vin! This is a very dangerous safety issue and Chrys learning to address this as soon as possible! Especially after one of their managers told me it would be paid for if I had a diagnosed with a certified dealer and now they're saying they're not paying for it
