I am experiencing ongoing issues with the infotainment system in my vehicle, which has remained unresolved despite multiple service visits. The system frequently blacks out, reboots while driving, and fails to function entirely at times, for days at a time. This is more than an inconvenience - it presents several serious safety concerns, including: Loss of the rearview camera and parking assist features, making reversing hazardous. Inability to access hands-free calling and navigation, increasing the risk of driver distraction and noncompliance with hands-free driving laws. Disruption of access to climate controls and safety alerts that are routed through the infotainment system. Frequent system crashes while driving, which divert my attention from the road. …

Windshield wipers quit working while raining and driving. I was able to get home even though I couldn't see. I tried turning the car on and off multiple times and testing the windshield wipers but they still didn't work. After about 10 mins, I restarted the car and the wipers worked again. I took video of the wipers not working while the car was on. They will work fine and then all of the sudden while it is raining they will stop work. This is the second time this has happened in 4 months.
On February 10, 2016, we were driving on I-25 headed to arizona for a vacation. As we were just on the outskirts of santa fe, nm, we heard a loud explosion and it sounded like our entire car was blowing up. We were driving at 75 MPH and there were no other cars close to us. We started hearing glass bouncing around on the sunroof curtain and realized that it was our sunroof that had exploded. We pulled into the first exit in santa fe and checked the car and the glass appeared to have exploded upwards. We drove to the next gas station and pulled out all the large pieces and vacuumed up what we could of the small pieces. Needless to say, we had to end our vacation and we turned around and drove home the same day. All we could hear on the way home was glass bouncing around and the road noise. We contacted GMC and they said we should claim through our insurance. …

The dealer (sunrise Buick GMC Chevrolet at collierville, 4605 s houston levee rd, collierville, tn 38017, [phone]) inspected the vehicle and stated that the condenser failed and the part was on a national backorder. After taking a online safety coarse I was instructed on adjusting my outside rear view mirrors for better viewing of black views from my inside rear view mirror.. After doing so,being the only driver, the mirrors stayed the same...after some time I read in my manual that I could fold my side mirrors in and so I tried to do so . My driver outside mirror would not fold. It only made a clicking sound..I then tried my right side mirror and it worked but as I tried to adjust my right side mirror it stopped adjusting the position of the mirror view. I have adjusted the view angle just a few times and this is the first time I've tried to fold the mirrors in. I'm truly disappointed in the plastic hardware on such a nice vehicle..
