What owners report
noticed a small oil puddle near the front passenger side of the car in the garage before leaving for work on 2/24/24 at approximately 530am. Checked all reservoirs and found nothing outstanding and left for work. At approximately 540am I was driving to work and noticed 2 deer avoided one and hit the second one while still attempting to stop. I slammed my brakes, had no abs kick on, and the pedal went to the floor and I still narrowly clipped the second deer. I was attempting to brake for at least 20ft before the collision happened with the deer and slowed down from 80 to 65mph. I found it very odd that my brake pedal went to the floor and did not set off the ABS system and that the car took longer than it should have to come to a complete stop. …

I was driving 25 MPH when the car automatic stopped and applied the automatic emergency brake (AEB) was applied with no obstacles around on a clear sunny day. Purchased the car new with only 3 miles on it. Car came to a complete stop. I am afraid for my safety.took the car in to dealer and was told nothing is wrong with the car within 1 week it happend again and I was told by the dealer there's nothing wrong with the car.
My car wouldn't start one morning. All lights lit up on dash, headlights continually started flashing and fan running under hood. I had to get to work so took a Lyft. I knew older son would be home from firestation around 830. When he got there battery completely dead. He jumped the car started right up. He drove to autozone to have battery checked (about 5 blocks). Battery was fine. He drove home. When I got home car started right up. I started it up again about 5 hours later. Went on my road trip I had planned about 2 hour drive. On Sunday I get in my car to leave and it does same thing it did Friday morning. I had to have car towed back to Nissan dealership in my hometown ( 700.00). Dealership had car for 3 days and came up with ABS module shorting to CAN unit. Only problem is the part is on backorder and Nissan can not even tell me when part will be in. This was almost 3 weeks ago. …
The contact owns a 2019 NISSAN MURANOSUV FWD. The contact stated that while driving her vehicle at approximately 30 MPH, the brake warning light had illuminated . The contact stated that she attempted to use her divers assist , however it was not working. The contact stated that when she took her vehicle to the dealer to have her brakes repaired , she was advised that her brake may intermittingly fail , and that she needed to replace the abs motor . The contact stated that she did have her vehicle repaired , however she was advised that there was a recall on the same model vehicle , for a different year , for the failure she was experiencing. The contact stated that she then contacted the dealer , who advised her that there was no open campaign on her model , so there was nothing that could be done. The failure mileage was 54,436
Multiple times I will get a warning that emergency braking is not available for an obstruction. But no obstruction. The FEB system light will come on out of nowhere... literally nothing around! Causing cruise control to disengage and not work again until I stop and restart the car no actually crash has occurred, but if this can't be fixed I see it as inevitable! Please advise on what to do. This also I believe is the reason why I've had to replace front breaks and rotors TWICE IN 2 years!!!
