Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2020 and 2022-2023 Mercedes-Benz Metris right-hand-drive vehicles. Water may accumulate on the air bag control unit, which can cause the air bags not to deploy as intended.
Remedy: Dealers will install a cover on the air bag control unit, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning April 10, 2026. Owners may contact DVUSA customer service at 1-877-762-8267.

Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Mercedes-Benz Metris vehicles. The electrical connections for the infotainment system may not be properly secured, which can cause the rearview camera image not to display.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and repair the infotainment system connection, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 11, 2025. Owners may contact DVUSA customer service at 1-877-762-8267.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the fuel pump, free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed February 5, 2024. Owner notification letters were mailed November 1, 2024.
