What owners report
Both the driver-side and passenger-side door window glass spontaneously shattered due to severe internal structural stress originating from the side-view mirror mounting brackets and window frame assembly. The passenger-side window completely failed while rolled down and housed entirely inside the steel door cavity, confirming that external impact or outside influence was physically impossible. This sudden structural failure creates a severe safety hazard, posing a risk of sudden distraction, glass fragmentation, and loss of visibility while operating the vehicle. The servicing dealer and manufacturer (Stellantis Case #98256295) were notified, but improperly refused warranty coverage and declined to perform a physical teardown of the door panels to inspect the internal mechanical binding. …
BACK OVER PREVENTION/BACK UP CAMERA SENSING SYSTEM Rearview image does not always power on, has delay powering, and/or sticks while displaying in the wrong direction misleading surrounding area. Because of this issue I had backed up into a smaller car in my blind spot, telling me It wasn't in my backup zone. This complaint prior to the accident, was told to me that it was an electrical systems update that was in the works. This still being an issue after almost 2 years. I have video footage of the malfunctioning backup camera, in all states. Delayed, stuck in wrong direction, and showing back up camera while driving forward.

Driving in weather from -4C to 0C with medium snow coming down. Normally not a problem at all. Was with a friend in a ram 1500 2019. We both had stock LED headlights. Within approximately 5-10 minutes the snow flakes directly Infront of the car but above the hood height got brighter and brighter even though my High beams were off. My headlights also lacked any beam distance at all. I was forced to reduce speed to 10 miles per hour unless other cars headlight were illuminating the area Infront of my car.
