The contact owns a 2021 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that the vehicle was equipped with two-piece lug nuts. The contact stated that he had been working on the vehicle changing the tire and damaged the lug nuts causing lug nuts to bulge. The contact stated that he was concerned about removing the damaged lug nuts for fear of stripping the thread on the bolts. The contact stated he contacted a local dealer, the manufacturer, and the manufacturer of the lug nuts and was informed that there would be no assistance. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 30,500.
I had 4 Pirelli tires that were down to 3/32 to the point where the threads were showing near the inner sidewall on the tread in under 15000 miles. Tire information: Pirelli Scorpion Zero All/Season run flat tires Tire Size: 295/45/ ZR20 (110Y) M+S My safety as well as others would've been at severe risk if I wouldn't have replaced my tires. They would've blown out near the inner sidewall on the tread. I brought my vehicle in to the dealership to have an alignment and all specs were in spec which would indicate there shouldn't have been premature or uneven wear on the tire. They did confirm that under 15000 miles is extremely premature for these tires to be worn. The tires have only been inspected by the dealership, nobody else at this time. There were no lights on the dash indicating any sort of issue. …

69000 miles, check engine light came on. Codes p0440 was thrown 2x. I already replaced purge valve at my own cost. I also informed Dodge. They won't fix it unless I pay for diagnosis. Which I already had one done. Also headlight bulb dropped at 38K miles and I informed Dodge and mechanic. She said I didn't have the warranty on it and they wouldn't replace unless I paid full cost

For 2 years we had issues with worn inner walls in front & steering shake. We brought it in with extended warranty along with video of noise from self diagnostic. Our concerns were dismissed by dealership & another automotive shop informed me that both front hubs were bad. Called dealership again & same dismissal. We changed both hubs at our own expense and problem fixed. Bushing was making horrendous noise and also dismissed by dealership. Changed that on our own expense and issue solved. Alternator was supposedly changed due to recall by dealership & after inspecting it, we have both agreed that the alternator hasn't been touched. Bolts show no signs of any type of torque and alternator is dusty and dirty as is the rest of the components in engine bay which also lead us to the conclusion. …
The car has always "raddled" since I first bought it. I was told the problem was the tires and that they'd been rotated and should be fixed. I bought the car in June 2017 and have had to replace all 4 tires since despite my many complaints. Yesterday, the vehicle shifted gears while driving, horn started honking uncontrollably until I had to remove the fuse, the screens all blanked out and flashed warnings, headrests voluntarily folding... All while my 3 children were in the car during a hurricane. The vehicle was in motion on a city street
