It's Unkown if there's been any inspections as of yet. There was some kind of audible notification that occurred when driver applied brakes right before collision
Unknown . Nothing appeared and there was no warning. Should I have been warned? There was no warnings or anything to prevent me from crashing except to make the best decision possible and crash into a less dangerous position.
I rear ended another vehicle because my brakes failed. I had both feet pushing on the brake pedal and my brakes failed to stop my vehicle. They did not lock up or anything I rolled right into another vehicle. I see a lot of chargers that are crashed in the front just like mine. I really think these brake should be looked into or issue a recall. Consumer stated vehicle was not repaired and manufacture was not contacted.
