The car head lights & dash lights dim when driving. If you play with control switch it sometimes makes them work right. Car stalls and doesn't want to restart. We have done the recall for exhaust. The A/C all the sudden started making noises when stalling and now does not work makes a hissing sound. I have kept this car in great shape and have it maintained & serviced regularly. I have had several sensors replaced and the engine light refuses to go off. I put it in the shop and they said it was because gas cap was loose. That wasn't the case, car is now sitting in driveway unable to start. Had the heads removed and fuel injectors cleaned and car still won't run.
Right front side marker light/turn signal bulb burned out. Cannot access this light fixture to replace light bulb. Dealer states this is a $175 job. Needs to dismantle inside fender lining. I elected to forego the replacement due to excessive cost. This now creates a hazardous situation for me because when changing lanes to the right, vehicle that May be in my blind spot will not see my intended turn signal. I attribute this to poor design which could contribute directly to an accident.
I read on the internet under 2000 Chrysler Concorde that there is a master brake issue if you don't have ABS brakes. It affects the stopping and the brakes constantly rub. That is the main concern I have with my car.
Consumer was disappointed with headlights. As long as he was driving in day light everything was fine. But, when he was driving at night he could not see. The low beam gave him an approximate distance of 75 feet in front. Consumer complained to dealer, but was told by dealer there was nothing that could be done because that was the way the lightening system was designed. Also, consumer was told that even if he had the headlights changed it would not be any different because the type of beams that fitted this vehicle were all the same, and they could not be adjusted. Consumer was afraid that he could be in an accident because it was hard to see at night.
I was parking on a parking lot and lot had a structured small post on the driver side; due to visibility that the vehicle lamp omitted to light properly, I damaged the front right corner bumper. I have noticed that the corner lamp assemblies have a problem with the reflectors. This lamp doesn't have the required amber side reflectors don't work well cause I can barely see (not like my other cars). There is a recall set already for part number cs114-u0bj2 which is a combination corner and lamp assembly for this vehicle. I am asked to contact sabersport who is doing the recall (recall id#09e012000 exterior lighting); however, their number is disconnected and their online contact number is a wrong number. At this point, I don't think its right that I have to pay for these repairs. Even upon repairs,I need the vehicle with correct lamp assembly so it doesn't happen again. …

I would like to file a complaint with daimler-Chrysler regarding the longevity of their automobiles. Thiswas the second vehicle that failed between 100,000 and 110,000 with proper maintenance and upkeep. I had problems with the headlights, door seals, the automatic seats and now the engine. I took the car to Chrysler dealer, and the service department manager told me I had a bad rod and the engine was virtually shot and wasn't worth fixing. He said he was ashamed to say the 2.7 engines were junk. I have researched my car and found out that there were a lot of others with the same, if not more problems than what I had, which indicated that daimler-Chrysler should be ashamed of for not caring or making good for their mistakes instead of ignoring them! This car has had many other problems, including electrical problems with door locks, the power seats, and the seals from around the doors. …
Dt*: the contact stated while driving 65 MPH at night on normal road conditions, there was poor headlight illumination. When the vehicle was taken to the dealership to replace the radiator fan, the contact was alerted that the head light gasket needed to be changed, which required the bumper to be dismounted to replace the head light lamp. The was made the repair rather expensive. The moisture and dust entering into the head light reduced the illumination power creating a safety risk for night driving. The manufacturer was contacted who connected conferenced the dealership. The dealership determined there was not recall for the head light defect and the repair had to be covered by the contact. The contact refused to perform the repair. …
