I am leasing the car out. I've been leasing it out for the last three months since March I went delinquent on one of my payments because I have my mechanic look at it and type my VIN number in and they told me that I was recall he couldn't tell me why I was recall Two days ago, which was Saturday, June 28. The lender called me and told me that the car was recalled. I tried to call him back to discuss what can be done. I have the payment, no response and I don't have my car and my belongings are in it.
The stabiltrac light comes on,sometimes I lose power. Sometimes the back up camera doesn't work. Sometimes the parking brake light comes on the dash. Then ieverything will suddenly go away and everything is fine, only to have the same problems. This has been happening for months. I took it to the dealer multiple times and they are unable to fix it.

In motion on city street going about 45 when vehicle in front of me was in motion to make a right turn and came to an abrut stop. I hit my brakes and my car did not stop and I had my foot on brake pushed all the way to floor and car continued almost like it slid into the impact/collision. His car was not damaged but attached is the damage to my car.
I purchased a new 2015 Chevrolet Impala lt2 on June 30, 2015 with 25 miles on the odometer from red river Chevy, bossier city, la. The GPS and navigation and the whole infotainment system stopped working. OnStar could not locate my vehicle. It kept saying I was in texas when I haven't been to texas in this vehicle. The car must have come from texas. The car was placed in the repair shop on July 27 and is still in the shop. They could not get it to work while I was at the dealership. The brakes on the car have a burning smell to them and have a creeking sound. When I stop it sounds like something is rubbing the tires. I asked about the brakes, I was told it could not be fixed because GM has not released the software to fix the problem and the sound the brakes make, he stated he probably couldn't fix the sound. The road noise in this car is really loud now. …
Whenever I turn the steering wheel to the left, the stabilitrack and ABS dashboard lights come on and the read-out panel says both systems need service and these lights stay on and the systems shut-off making the vehicle less safe. I should point out that the lights come on when the pavement is drive and its warm out. Why is this happening to the relatively new car with barely 50,000 miles. The car is designed to be driven with the stabilitrack and ABS systems working properly. I've looking into this on-line and it appears many people with Impala's are experiencing the same issue. People have paid to have paid to have the wheel bearing assemblies replace, brakes replace, sensors replaces, only to have the "service" light come back on soon after the service has been completed. From my reading, it appears GM needs to issue a recall to fix this issue. Thank you
