Started having problems with the fuel tank at around 65,000 I had an extended warranty on the vehicle and around 80,000 they replaced the entire fuel tank... recently, I started smelling gas very strongly inside my vehicle and took it to a honest mechanic who was able to find the fuel pump which is located behind the backseats he told me the pump is sweating and there's a puddle of gas in it and that's why I have the strong smear smell of gas in my vehicle. He says that it's not even safe for me to drive the vehicle at this time and at this time, I'm trying to buy another car because I have to keep the windows down, so I don't pass out from the smell of gas ... I called Appleton Volkswagen of Sanford as they switched out the whole fuel tank at 80,000. The vehicle has about 190,000 now ... …
Loss of motive power while the vehicle is in motion on city street and loss of power from stationary position at red traffic light to a in motion green light pressed on pedal with no motion. This happened from the day I purchased the car while salesman was in the car explaining the cars specifications . When it happened he said its part of the next feature of car. He asked me to leave the car in a stationary position on incline and remove my foot off the brake and allow the car catch gear without pressing on the gas pedal that it drove up on its power and not mine. Shook my head and said "I already bought the car and cars have been doing the incline costing a long time, what are you not telling me?" it seemed that he was avoiding what happened when we lost power. …
Hi, I've had my turbocharge replaced in October of 2020 at the Volkswagen dealership in Wichita, KS. Just recently my car started driving funny again such as not accelerating like it should with a slight whining noise. I can only get up to 25-30 mph then the whining noise starts up to where I have to take my foot off the gas, let my speed drop itself then proceed to accelerate again which is very dangerous. Since I had already experienced this problem not even 3 years ago I knew but I still went to get the car diagnosed and again it is the same exact problem not even 3 years later.
Error code P2015 was generated which is the air intake manifold. Volkswagen mechanic said we shouldn't drive very much due to it could get worse. Replacement would cost $1812.50, local shop charged $893.00. Volkswagen has since issued a extended warranty which my vehicle falls under but I'm getting push back on being reimbursed. What are my options?

I own a 2013 vc CC with about 76,000 miles on it. Car is an excellent condition and is still pretty new when suddenly my car began to shut off while driving. There were no progression of problems. The issue occurred suddenly. While driving on the road or while stationary at a red light, all the sudden while attempting to accelerate, the car would begin jerking and the engine would just rev up as if the car was in neutral position until eventually shutting off and parking and engine indicator lights would turn on. If I was stopped at a light in drive position, the parking light would suddenly turn on and I would have no mobility of the vehicle. The car would still be on, but would not move. I would have to position it in park, restart the vehicle and it would jump start before the same problem occurred again and again and again. …
I'm part of a class action lawsuit where I was denied after sending all of the pertinent information the attorney's requested. I have all documentation of the correspondence which was requested with contact information to the Volkswagen company and other recipients. The class action is "Engine Water Pump Settlement". The water pump was faulty in this vehicle and many others of this model. It was deemed a safety concern by the federal government of the United States. This has been in progress since 2019.
Vehicle stalls when accelerating or traveling at high rates of speed and it will lose power. It bumps and jolts to life. My RPM shoots up and and down. It lags to accelerate when the gas pedal is pressed to accelerate it suddenly jolts. Battery, Epc light, as well as engine light come on immediately.
