While on a road trip for the Thanksgiving Holiday on Interstate 95, the in dash information cluster advised me that the right turn indicator on the vehicle failed. Upon pulling into a service station and inspecting the vehicle it was confirmed that the right rear turn indicator had indeed failed and would no longer illuminate. In addition to the failure of the turn signal the Lane Departure features of the vehicle were then disabled. When taking the vehicle in for service on the week of November 28th, I was advised that there was a known issue with water infiltration in the housing. The manufacturer of the vehicle is aware of the issue and has a 45 step process to diagnose the problem. As of today, December 16th, I have been unable for a dealer to obtain and install a replacement fixture to return my vehicle to road worthy operation. …
Vehicle is making emergency brakes at anytime on highway even without a vehicle in front to set off the sensor - causing vehicle to slide and go off road - the screen is over heating and snells like it's burning
I put my car in tow mode, after hooking up my RV, followed all proper procedures, after I turned key off and closed the door, between then and when I started to roll, the emergency brake AUTOMATICALLY ENGAGED! I burned up my two rear Jeep tires and could have been worse had not a nice guy stop me and said your tires are on fire!!! I have a 38 ft Alpine, so didn't realize the pull! I luckily only had to replace my 2 rear tires and one sensor that melted! $450. Since then I watch for this DANGEROUS AUTO FEATURE and it has engaged on its own again a few times, not always, but occasionally. I can't have this going on it I plan to tow this vehicle!
My 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk is currently immobile due to an active safety recall involving vehicle movement/park functionality concerns, and loss of power. Prior to the recall being issued, one certified Jeep dealership inspected the vehicle regarding the concern - with no resolution. Since the recall has now been formally issued, I have attempted to contact both that dealership and the certified Jeep dealership where the vehicle was originally purchased by phone and email to obtain recall assistance, repair guidance, and information regarding transportation options. Neither dealership has responded to my calls or email communication. The vehicle is currently unusable and poses a safetly concern due to the recall condition. I reply on this vehicle for daily commuting and transportation. Stellantis Customer Care was contacted, but a customer care case was not opened. …

History of the vehicle in the shop for braking issues, on 08/09/2024; 2 vehicles in front braked for an animal on a busy road, and saw braking. Was at around 30mph and started to brake, car in front had an emergency brake event and came to a sudden stop. My vehicle sent a BRAKE!, warning and started to apply brakes, I went to an evasive maneuver, my steering was cut, my brakes kicked my foot to half pedal and I could no longer brake. Coasted into the back of the vehicle in front of me at around 25 mph.
