On March 09, 2024 as I was backing into a parking space, the rear vehicle wheels came into contact with the parking curb at which point the rear window shattered. The pieces of the window flew in many directions approximately up to 5 to 10 feet outside and into the rear cargo area of the vehicle where I had my dogs. Fortunately, there were no other persons around the vehicle at the time and my dogs were not harmed. Immediately after this incident, I called the car dealer where I originally purchased the vehicle, and was advised to bring it in. I thereafter brought the vehicle to the car dealer service center where they removed some of the remaining pieces still attached to the window area and covered the window with plastic. …

The driver side mirror on my 2024 Honda CR V Hybrid Sport has a persistent vibration issue that affects visibility and safety. At speeds above approximately 65-70 mph, the mirror shakes noticeably, making it difficult to clearly see vehicles in adjacent lanes. This creates a significant safety concern when changing lanes, merging, or monitoring traffic. The mirror assembly was already replaced once by my Honda dealer, but the vibration has returned and is now worse than before. This indicates that the issue is not limited to a single defective part but may be related to the design, mounting, or structural stability of the mirror assembly on this model. Many other owners of 2023 and 2024 Honda CR V models have reported the same driver side mirror vibration problem through online forums and NHTSA complaints. …

Hello, My name is [redacted], and I am writing to bring an urgent matter to your attention. Recently, I had a concerning incident with my vehicle. After parking the car to drop my son off at his lessons, I stepped out of the vehicle and removed him from the back seat. Within about 40 seconds, the rear window of the car suddenly exploded without any apparent cause. There was no prior damage to the window, and nothing struck it or was forced against it. The glass simply shattered right in front of my eyes. Thankfully, neither my son nor I were injured, but I found multiple pieces of glass in the rear passenger area. This could have been extremely dangerous had we been driving at the time. I took the car to the dealership immediately, but they refused to investigate the cause and dismissed my claim entirely, leaving me to handle the repairs on my own. …
