Vehicle makes rattling noises while accelerating similar to a diesel engine also rough transitions between EV mode and Gas mode also when you press the charge button the engine makes a very noticeable jerk once it's on ,Honda does not want to fix my issue and says everything is normal and cannot replicate the issue!! There is clearly something wrong I suspect fuel injector issues as others reported but dealer does not want to take accountability.

This is a hybrid vehicle with only 1100 miles on it. The engine start to stutter and violently shake when the gas engine turns on at low speed or idle. The car will have limited power during this time and the acceleration will be jerky. This is a safety concerns since this behavior can kick in randomly, because the car computer decides when the gas engine kicks in, which is unpredictable. I have done some research online with Honda owners and this issue is fairly common for new (2024 and 2025) Honda hybrid vehicles such as the CRV or Accord. almost all people reporting this issue have their cars less than 10k miles. Online report seems to indicate that the problem is related to bad fuel injector. Some reported that dealers unable or refuse to perform repair due to unavailable parts. I will have an inspection from a local Honda dealer later this week. …

While driving the vehicle on a very busy highway, it completely stalled and several warning lights appeared: "Brake System problem SEE DEALER, Check Engine Light, TPMS, etc. I have attached a picture of the warning. Another vehicle behind me slammed on his brakes but ended up bumping my back bumper (no visible damage). Thankfully the driver was alert and was able to slam on his brakes to avoid a disaster on highway 270 (near Washington, DC). I was able to restart the vehicle after a few minutes, the warning lights remained on, and I was able to drive 8 miles to the dealership. According to the work order: "The technician pulled multiple codes, followed the diagnostic tree, cleared codes." I do not feel safe driving this vehicle and have seen other complaints regarding the same issue on a Honda Website. Please research and assist as best you can.

I am reporting two safety-related issues with my 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid. 1. Head Gasket Failure At approximately 93,500 miles, the head gasket failed without any prior warning signs. The vehicle had been regularly maintained at Honda dealerships, with one service done by a third-party mechanic around 87,000 miles. There were no engine warning lights or coolant leak warnings before the incident. The engine temperature warning suddenly appeared while driving, and I immediately stopped the car. A Honda dealership confirmed the head gasket failure and quoted over $4,000 for repairs. This kind of major engine failure is highly unusual for such a new vehicle and raises serious concerns about long-term engine durability or possible design flaws in the cooling system or head gasket components. 2. …
