Takata recall. The drivers side seat belt was replaced under warranty the first time, as it was failing to return to default position properly. The seat belt was replaced a second time, after I was rear ended (it was failing to retract again at the time, identical to the first time I had to have it replaced under warranty), and crushed into the vehicle in front of me. I was at a full stop when the vehicle hit me from behind. That crash deployed both airbags. The front and rear bumpers were replaced due to that crash, along with the seat belt. I have no way of knowing if those two replacement airbags were made by Takata. The seat belt has again become "unsafe" due to it not retracting. I have no way of knowing if the seat belt will function properly if I'm involved in another accident! …
The car in front of me came to the stop and so did I but as I hit my brake something blew up in my face and made me put my arms up and I lost visibility. The weird part is they went off at a rolling stop under 3 MPH .also last week my car brake switch almost started an electrical fire.

I was making a normal order delivery drop off going off my GPS I came to a narrow road where no signs of a dip ahead. Came to a dip ahead that you couldn't tell it was a dip and I wasn't going no more than 11 to13 miles when I was coming over it and my airbags busted out of my steering wheel hitting my hand and my arm leaving burn marks. I couldn't stay on the road so I waited 30 mins before I drove slowly back to my house cause then my tire started going low.

My daughter was involved in a single vehicle front end collision. She hit a fire hydrant after a 90 degree spin at a speed of about 30 MPH. The car sustained $6000 in damage and was totaled. Neither the driver or passenger airbags deployed. I questioned the body shop if they should have, everyone I talked to feels they should have. Isn't this what they are designed to do?
