I took my 2010 ford edge to have a air bag recall repaired. The air bag was fixed, the air bag light cleared. I drove about 3 miles home and the light reappeared, I checked the code and it was B2293-03 air bag fault. My wife called right away and told them the light came on and the car can't be inspected until it's clear. They told my wife it would be $200 to take a look at a repair they literally just took their hands off of. All I want is this safety feature fixed right without the $200 fee which is crazy when I just picked it up.

I have called the albany, georgia Ford dealership and they still do not have any parts. We have been waiting over a year. We also tried to get a car to replace the Edge until the parts came in and they said they could not help us. My daughter attends the university of georgia so we tried the athens, georgia Ford dealership and got no response. My daughter did have a front end collison several years ago and the airbags never deployed.
Was involved in accident and hit on passenger side back door forward and window and drives side back panel and window. Front end of car. The only air bag that went off was the steering wheel. No other air bag did and should of driver's seat and passenger dash. Why ddidnt the others deploy and would of saved me from getting injured
