Current mileage: 5560, my van is currently in shop for transmission related issues for the third time. The vehicle looses all the power all of a sudden in the middle of the road while driving. I have had this happen on four different occasions, couple times on highways and couple times on city streets, have to pull to a shoulder immediately (glad I could). Have to try 3 to 4 times to start the vehicle and sometimes even hard to turn the dial to get the van moving. On my first visit to the dealership they have mentions its TCM software issue, second visit they said it was TCM line issue, had to order parts and get it fixed, took 10 days. Now three weeks later have similar incidents happen and now the van is back in the shop, they said they have to order smoother part in regards to transmission and its on back order. …

I brought my car into the shop on Friday February 2, because I had experienced on 2 separate occasions a stall. Once when I was turning out of my subdivision, so thankfully at a slow speed, however, the car stalled in the middle of a busy road that I was turning onto. The second time, I was pulling into the gas station, decellerating at about 30mph. I had no idea about this recall, I just knew that I needed to get it fixed, as I have 3 children that ride in my car every day. Once I arrived to the dealer, I was notified that there were 2 recalls for my vehicle, and that they wouldn't be able to fix either of them until April. I have owned the car for less than a year, and am terrified to put my children in this vehicle. Chrysler has informed me there is nothing they can do for me. That they will fix it in 2nd quarter of 2018. This is not OK. …

Yesterday morning my battery voltage while driving was fluctuating to low erratically. When I tried to make left turn the battery voltage immediately dropped down drastically to point or cutoff and nearly caused a collision. It then jumped back up to 14.4v and held that consistently. A few hours later it dropped down while driving. The dashboard didn't have any lights lit and the battery strength was fine other than the erratic fluctuations. I googled and saw there was a recall for this issue on my vehicle type and year. Phone dealership to tell them my car was unsafe and performed erratically because of battery issue. Despite the article from May 2019 pertaining to this same exact issue, they said I didn't have a recall on my car. I did research and it showed the stalling I've experienced was due to battery connector issues. This morning I got into my vehicle just fine. …

Bought new, currently has approx. 1200 miles on it. Van has stalled while driving multiple times while showing error messages including "stop/start unavailable, service stop/start system", the letter a! With an arrow around it. When van stalls the gear knob flashes in "d" or drive mode. Taken to service for first incident week of 4/16, dealership replaced the ECM. Picked up vehicle on 4/18 and stalled again on 4/22 and 4/23 while showing the exact same error messages. Towed to dealer on 4/24 and they kept it until 4/30 with no fix as they said they could not replicate the errors or stalling. Picked up the van on 4/30 and the vehicle stalled again and exhibited the same error codes while not even a quarter mile from leaving the dealership. I pulled over, put the van in park, started the van again and took it back to the dealer and the onsite manager took a picture of the error code a! …

On Tuesday 7/31/18, as I was slowing down to turn onto a neighborhood street, the electronic stability control active warning light came on, a warning that lane assist was unavailable flashed on the dashboard, and the blind spot sensors on both side mirrors turned on with a warning message that the blind spot assistance was unavailable. After about an 1/8th of a mile, I slowed to a stop sign and the brakes started to feel tight as if they were locking. The screen on the dashboard went blank and the gauge speedometer was not registering. I was able to make a slow left turn and then an immediate right turn into a driveway, but as I came to a stop the brakes were completely locked up and nothing was working as if the engine had turned off. I had to restart the vehicle twice for the dashboard to come back to normal. …

Car, with no warning, lost all acceleration while driving approximately 35 MPH and flashed several warning lights on dashboard including electronic stability control, forward collision warning, service forward collision warning, and electronic park brake failure. In addition, the shifter knob light blinks and switches to 'p'. At that point, I can only drift the car to a stop. In my case I was able to turn the car off, then restart it and the issue did not occur again for another 4 days. After 4 days, the exact same thing happened, this time while I was stopped at a red light. Took the car in for service and was told they performed a software update on the transmission and the car was fixed. I got about 1 mile from the dealer and the exact same thing happened while driving at approximately 30 miles per hour. …

Had auxiliary battery replaced approximately 5 months ago because the ess was not functionally properly. No problems until today 11/9/19 while on vacation in washington dc. The engine shutoff totally at stop light. Put car in park, depressed brake, vehicle started and ess warning light stayed on and no other lights came on, pulled out of traffic into parking lot and vehicle was slow to accelerate at first, turned vehicle off myself, let it sit a minute. Restarted vehicle with no problems and ess light was off. Called dealership where I purchased vehicle and Chrysler customer service about what happened. Neither on had any ideas or suggestions except to take to dealership. Dealership did say might be oil change was due or oil was low. Had oil changed about month ago. Said they had not received any complaints about this 11issue.

I've taken my vehicle to ocala Nissan shortly after purchase and explained to them that the vehicle was jerking around 15 MPH. They tested it and said nothing was wrong because the problem could not be duplicated. The next time I took it I drove with a service advisor and the vehicle did not duplicate. However on the way home it did. The advisor recommended me take the vehicle to be assessed @ my expense. I couldn't afford it at the time so I waited until an oil change was due. On May 15th chryster did an assessment and did not find a problem. They even drove my vehicle 19 miles! The advisor even mentioned that there were 'stored codes' on my vehicle, but did not do any repair! Today May 19th my check engine light is on and my vehicle is slow to accelerate!
