What owners report

My vehicle at three months had transmission failure like many 2021 Kia souls after the repair I began to experience, mini electrical issues and steering issues which are very common for this model year. Most recently I have taken it in for electrical issues. My rear brake lights are not working the fuses burn and the wiring has burned. in addition, there is a bulletin that Kia put out to their dealers asking to repair suspension and steering problems on hundreds of thousands of vehicles but this is not a recall yet my vehicle experience the same symptoms and my vehicle was not repaired siding I was too close to the end of my warranty please see the last page the Kia bulletin regarding popping in the steering the dealer installed parts at purchase of the vehicle in 2021 and please see the brake light repairs Kia motors forced me to sign a disclaimer when the when the transmission went …

Turned my wheel to pull out of a parking spot. I heard a grinding noise as I moved forward and then lost the ability to steer my car. I was able to get my car off the street and upon inspection found my left front tie rod had snapped in half.

When I bought my car in 2018, I didn't like the way it drives. I had to take it back the next day to return it, but the dealer in North Aurora Gerald Kia said they wouldn't take it back & I paid cash. I've been taking it back and forth from Gerald North Aurora to Bob Rohrman in Schaumburg Il. They have been been telling me every time, there's nothing wrong. I'm hearing several noises in the Suspenion. So finally I told Bob Rohrman dealer to check everything before my warranty runs out. So far nothing didn't happen until after my warranty. So I paid for 4 tires, front brakes, rotors. They finally said that I needed an Arm Control & a Strut, with low mileage, but Im steady hearing noises. I know know what to do. After I paid cash & had start going to find out what's wrong with my car, the service dept was never friendly or professional. …

The vehicle experiences major engine performance issues following a replacement engine installation (approximately 8,000 miles on the new engine). Purchased this vehicle cpo back in August 2018 with my wife. Approximately in November, computer tripped the check engine light. Took it in because it had turned off on its own and I found it abnormal. Service center replaced the clogged catalytic converter. Starting in December, a foul smell began to develop inside the car and slowly got worse in January. I cleaned and purged the entire car multiple times trying to find the source since it had gotten to the point that it smelled like rotten eggs. Took it in in February for this issue and the crunching sound the front began making when going over bumps and ramps. At the same time, we also reported to the service center that power would be damped while under load and going up hills. After I got back the car, they had replaced the sway arm links and told me that there was no smell. …

I took my 2015 Kia Soul to miami lakes Kia twice in December 2019, to check a clicking noise when turning both left and right, more consistently when turning right. I'm not sure but I have an inkling that this noise May be related to a problem with the steering column, cv joints or the axle. When I picked up my car the 1st time, as I made a right turn, I heard the same clicking noise. I called service and let them know that I still heard the noise. I returned my car a week later and took a test ride with two technicians, one technician informed me that the the noise needed to be louder for them to repair it. His claim seems unreasonable, especially since everyone who rides in my car hears the clicking noise, and there is obviously a mechanical issue with the cars steering or something related. …
