While driving my vehicle on the highway, the steering wheel locked up and it put itself into neutral. The abs system notification and another light was active and my jeep stated my vehicle was going too fast for the gear it was in. The abs breaking system bypassed the nss safety feature in my jeep causing me to go off the road as a I lost all control of the steering in my vehicle. Upon a check by the mechanic, I had faulty wiring in the wiring harness which they cannot replace because the part is no longer made. My jeep is only a 2015. I went off the road because there was poor weather - it was snowing out and my vehicle would not respond to any gear resulting in my turning the vehicle off. My jeep was towed to the dealership for diagnosis. I have not picked up my jeep yet due to the dealership schedule but have attached the communication with them concerning the problems.

While driving vehicle shuts off unexpectedly, with steering wheel losing power steering. It will then have trouble starting again. Turning on and off by itself. It will then work just fine after 15-20 minutes.. It has been doing this every few months for a couple years now. I have taken to dealer a couple times, and they have had me change battery initially. But can't give me a reason why it keep happening after that. Most recently, once I was able to work again after it had shit off on me while driving, it would then not shut off. I could not turn the car off. I took to dealer, and eventually it turned off. It is at dealer currently at time of this writing.

While in motion, vehicle lost all power; the engine stalled, brakes failed and lost power steering. The vehicle shifted into neutral. I put the vehicle back in drive and it went back to neutral. I turned the ignition off and restarted. My husband was driving and I was in the passenger seat, with my 5 year old daughter in the backseat. If there had been oncoming traffic, we'd have hit them head on.

On December 13, 2018 we attempted to move our Jeep from one parking space to another. Turning into the new space, the power steering went completely out making it extremely difficult to steer at all. The Jeep was taken into the dealership, who told us the power steering pump would need replaced. The part was on back order and it would take until after christmas to get in. We were forced to drive the Jeep with the power steering not working. In winter, in ne ohio. When christmas time came and went, the dealership informed us that the part was still not available and we would have to wait until January 30, 2019 - 7 weeks since the incident occurred. Here we are, January 31, 2019 and now the dealership tells us there is nothing they can do and it will be at least March, 2019 until they can get any replacement. We purchased this vehicle in February, 2018. …

It's been since May 2018 with in/out visits to the dealership for a constant problem. My steering wheel wobbles over 70mph on my 2015 Grand Cherokee wk2 high altitude, all standard features. This started after 26K miles and now I have 39K miles. I've researched dozens of forums and read through tsbs with no solution. I had the dealer replace the tires, twice, with Michelin premier ltx 20inch tires, several road force tests, high speed balances, several alignments, rack and pinion replaced, front wheel bearing assemblies replaced, all new shocks and after alllllllllll of that, she still wobbles!!!!!!! The dealer has thrown their hands up and will not help me any further. The steering wheel only wobbles between 70-80mph. Another customer's wheels were placed on my car and tested with same issue. Privately owned alignment centers also confirmed a spot on alignment and wheel balance. …
