Currently the seats sound like they arnt bolted down correctly. Also recently the key fob is failing to unlock the vehicle and its taking multiple trys of pulling the fob out of the ignition and putting it back into the ignition trying it on different sides buying multiple batteries. Also the the vehicle has always gotten stuck in gear, hard shifting.

I sat in my driver seat and the latch completely broke so now my seat does not stay latched and it jumps up every time I hit a bump on the road. It has caused me to swerve into different lanes by accident and could ultimately cause serious injury if I get into an accident. The vehicle was stationery when it broke.

Purchased my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in September 2015 brand new with 19 miles. The car started off running great I loved it. By April 2016, I noticed the car began to drive differently and at first I didn't think much of it but it got worse and worse. By October my car was jerking so bad, stalling sometimes and accelerating sometimes on it's on.I took it into the dealership and they replaced the transmission with only 11000 miles on the vehicle. My car drove like it once used to until about the end of January 2017. The car began to accelerate on its own once again jumping from 1gear to 3 gear and back. In February on my way to work my shifter locked on me and went completely out causing me to come to a complete stop. Thank god it was 4 am and no cars were out because I would have definitely been in a car accident. …

Seat is become loose and has to be hand tightened on. a regular basis. Taken to dealer they say it's not under my warranty and that the insulation trim is worn out that's why it's becoming loose. They are saying at the dealership and with Chrysler that it is not a safety issue and therefor can't be put under the manufacture warranty

My automatic rear hatch stopped working after a small amount of water from a cooler leaked in my "trunk". I checked the fuse for the hatch and it blew, I swapped it out and smoke began to pour from the rear of my Jeep (the trunk) then a fire erupted, severely damaging my Cherokee. The Jeep was in my driveway and due to the fire being near the gas tank I had to drive it to the street out of fear it would hurt my family. There is a recall re: the hatch motor module getting wet and causing a fire which I had performed in 2016. This part is faulty and almost harmed me/family and now I am out my deductible and car rental costs. No one from Chrysler or Jeep will call me back.

The gas pedal acceleration and a cruise control came on and got stuck between 35 and 45 miles an hour time I hit the other vehicle and laying on the brakes was probably 38 to 40 miles an hour prior that I was doing 72 miles an hour and 40 miles an hour zone. How are you able to get a vehicle hitting the brakes brake and then it would help. I barely hit the other car in the cars spun out and hit other vehicles.

The radio and all functions related to this, including heat/ac, back up camera, environmental controls, hands free calling, intermitantly go off. Sometimes when I start the car, need to wait 15 minutes or more before it starts. Other times it fails when driving. Jeep dealer stated the radio went bad and needs replacing. He also stated that he needs to replace these regularly
