In temperatures below 35 degrees, the drivers door does not open. It clearly makes an unlocking sound when unlock is activated, but the handle acts as if it is locked. I have to crawl through another door to open it from the inside. Only the driver side door is effected, and it opens as normal from the inside. Happens regardless of whether the vehicle is on or off. Obviously stationary.

Driver's door will not open/unlatch from the outside in cold weather, I.e., below 35 degrees, locked or unlocked. The car was stationary, parked, twice in the driveway, twice away from the house in a parking lot. This just started happening but happens now each time the temperature drops overnight. There are many similar complaints online with no solution.

When you put the car in DRIVE it will go in REVERSE. Happened several times and on the last time caused us to back into a pole and mess up the back bumper. We were trying to go forward but went in reverse. We have video proof but I can't load the video in this document.

My car battery died and I changed the battery. I noticed that the engine lights were on, so I made an appointment to get it checked as well as complete a state inspection. My car fob started acting up and they (Halls Jeep) told me to take it to the Hyundai Service Center because they have the equipment to do so. I took it to the Priority Hyundai and told them of the issue as well as reminded them that there was a recall issue relating to the software in the vehicle. After waiting 4 hours of back and forth, trying to find out what was going on with the car, I saw parked to the side. I asked about it and then another mechanic came and told me that they locked the car and were now unable to unlock it. I told them that there should be some emergency entrance, as all vehicle with a fob has a safety feature to unlock manually. …
