Hello, I have put 3 batteries in this vehicle so far and it is a 2019 model year. In April, the car died while my wife was stopped at a light in the middle of town. I could not do anything...put it in gear..nothing...could not even open the door locks. I had to crawl into the back of the vehicle over the seats to get to the booster cable in very rear of the car. I was able to boost the battery and get it started after watching 100's of cars drive directly by me and around me while the car was stuck. It was a little dangerous. An automotive shop replaced the battery. the manufacture date on the battery is 2/25. My wife went the start the vehicle today...6-19-25 and the battery was dead again. There is something wrong here! …

When the auto engine idle is engaged (Which is the default setting), when you stop, the engine idle works as advertised, then after a few moments the car will totally shut off and place itself in neutral. After several failed attempts, the only way to restart it, is to press and hold the start button and holding the brake pedal. This cars maintenance has been completed on time and solely by the dealership. This is a very scary issue because it can cause serious harm to the passengers in the vehicle as well as other vehicles on the road. This will most definitely cause an accident. we were in stop and go traffic on the HIGHWAY in the fast lane and the whole car shut off and as traffic began to move, my car wouldn't go there was a moment of panic as I quickly tried to get the car to start back up it took a while to get it to restart. …
