2016 Honda Accord - sedan (48,000 miles) is pulling to the right. (Hands Free) at the count of 3, the vehicle is off the road (Scary!). Took to Honda dealer for service. Wheel alignment was done. Expensive Continental tires (2 years olds) were moved from front to the back. I returned to the dealer once I left the service center because it seemed even worse. The Advisor took it for a test drive and said it was because I was on a hill/slope. A few days later, I test drove the car with a friend who said for certain I have a problem. I have an appointment to go back to the Honda service center again. I do not know if this is a alignment problem? or bad tires? There is a Solution to every Problem. Find the Answer.
1. The steering system is malfunctioning. My steering is loose and choppy when returning to the center. It feels as if my tires are gliding/skating across the road. 2. I feel like I don't have control of my car. 3. The dealers claim nothing is wrong with my car. 4. Yes, it has been inspected by Honda East and Kings Performance Honda and both dealerships claim there is no issue. 5. The issue first appeared over a month ago and there were no warnings, sounds, or messages only a feeling through the steering wheel/column.
Gear shift ignition and parts of buttons come on and off. Gear shift lights not at all anymore. The entire tire warped from around tire like it been detached from car and fell outward. I've had multiple fuel issues two brand new catalytic converters fuel pump and system cleaned put on filters changed and still have issues.
BFG Advantage Control P235/40R19 Tire Sidewall has a bulge as well as a crack in the bulge. Noticed while I was walking past tire. If this wasn't seen before hand the possibility of an accident could've occurred.
The Firestone affinity touring tires on my 2016 Honda Accord would not grip on a dusting of snow and ice! (less than one inch!) the tires would spin and slip on a slight incline out of a driveway at my local drugstore! Other cars where passing me by with no problem. When coming home and slowly turning into my parking garage, the tires started to slip and skid! I have been driving for many years and this is the first time I have ever experienced this problem with any other vehicle or tire brand! These are low resistance tires which grip well on dry pavement but do not grip in the snow! I have read other reports from people that this brand of tire gave them the same problem. In short, these tires should not have been factory installed on this vehicle unless it was to be sold in a dry climate region! …
Tl* the contact owns a 2016 Honda Accord equipped with Michelin mic143 (na) tires, size: 215/55/r17 (na). While driving 60 MPH, the tire warning indicator illuminated and the vehicle vibrated abnormally. The contact was able to safely get off of the roadway and inspect the tire and noticed that the rear passenger tire was flat. The towing company was called and was able to place the spare tire on the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to dch paramus Honda (120 new jersey 4, paramus, nj 07652, [phone]) to be diagnosed. The contact notified the dealer that the tread separated from the sidewall. The information was forwarded to the warranty company and the tire was replaced. The contact stated that the tire failure was the second instance of the original tires experiencing the tread/sidewall separation. The tire manufacturer was contacted and notified of the failure. …
I bought this brand new vehicle from team Honda milton, ontario, Canada and within the first week the TPMS alert got triggered. Since then I went to the dealership twice and all they did was changed the tire pressure. They have also acknowledged the fact that the tire pressure didn't change from my first visit. It got triggered again last week and I contacted the dealer again and since then I have heard nothing from them. Apparent it seems that they have sold me a new car with a defective TPMS system and now they are not willing to fix the issue. The tire pressure looks fine on visual inspection and I am also told that the tire has nitrogen in it. TPMS is an important feature as far as road safety is concerned and if it gives fake alerts every 3/4 days then it becomes a real issue. …
