I was at the grocery store, [redacted] about 10:00pm, got a few things of food, I got in the care and started to drive home, I was at a stop sign in the parking lot, took off from SS, going about 5mph, the passenger wheel turned sideways, the bottom of the wheel was facing horizontal because the upside-down lower ball joint let go, just separated with no advanced notice or sound, it just happened, 2006 Honda Accord EX, 2.4L. This is an engineering defect(abortion) which should have been corrected many, many years ago. This is Honda Motor Company's fault and the need to be liable, because they are civilly, this has been going on so long without consequences, it should be criminal. This has happened over the years on Accords 2003-2007 and other models also, I have always owned civics and never experienced this. …
Repeated sudden (5) flat tires in a span of a year - various positions on vehicle and all happening suddenly while driving. Not caused by any foreign debris or punctures. Repairs would not hold long, however. Have replaced all 4 tires due to fear of sudden flats causing accident. Tires: 2155017 HER Roadtour 455 215/50R17 DOT U96A H3U 0919
While driving home from work at highway speeds in less than 1 minute I went from Total normal Driving Experience to feeling like I had a vibration likely a flat. Luckily it was the back tire so I was able to safely steer off the highway. Upon inspecting the tire it was completely gone! Only minimal sidewall attached to the rim on both inside and outside of the wheel. The sidewall failed approximately 1 in Above the Rim lip. All the way around on both sides. This is on a general gmax as-05 215/50/ ZR 17 purchased in 2021 from tirerack.com. these tires are used seasonally in addition to winter tires so they have minimal miles for being a little over 2 years old. I also recently had the car New York State inspected in the last 30 days. upon reaching out to Tire Rack I learned there was a substantial recall of almost 100,000 continental and general brand tires that were " over cured". …
Vehicle was traveling 45 MPH on Firestone, affinity tires with less then 20,000 miles on them. While traveling on dry, good pavement the right rear tire experienced a complete blowout causing the vehicle to turn violently to the left and come to a complete stop in a bar ditch. The tire was intact, but had crawled off the rim. Tire pressure was checked two days prior and was well within proper limits of the required psi. The vehicle was totaled as a result of the blowout and crash..

While going around a corner off a highway my rear driverside tire blew out causing my car to go off the side of the road hitting a sign and causing damage to the entire driver side of my vehicle.
Driving our 2 month old 2006 Honda Accord sedan ex special edition on a stretch of smooth road the right front tire suddenly and without warning lost air. We had not seen anything in road, hit a pothole or curb or anything else. There was no indication that anything influenced the tire to blow. Upon inspection of the tire a 1.5 inch hole was in the sidewall. There was nothing in the road that could have caused this event. Fortunately, we were able to pull off the road out of traffic and change the tire without further complications. Two Michelin authorized tire companies told me that we must have hit something that caused the puncture and that Michelin would not offer any warranty on the tire. I was stunned that this could be possible on a 2 month old tire with less than two thousand miles on it and without any identifiable event that might have caused the tire to fail. …
