When it's cold and you start the vehicle I get a message reduced engine power. You have to immediately shut it off. Som etimes when you are driving down the road and it is warmed up it will do this and you have to find a safe place to pull over because if you try to give it gas it won't go anyways. I think it is a safety hazard because it can happen when you are going 70 MPH on the interstate and cars are right on your ass. Luckily I wasn't on the interstate but I was on a highway going 60mph when it happened.

When I start the engine & try to put in another it it nearly impossible. With engine on, it smells of gasoline! I'm afraid I will die from the fumes. Transmission only goes up to 20 mph. I know there is a gas leak and I want others to be notified before my family or someone else's family catch fire and burn to death! If I have to run the heater then it takes power from the engine/transmission and I can only go 10mph. When I am in on on the highway the van will shut off. It shut off out of nowhere and I almost lost my life that day!

Numerous attempts to fix the same and continuously different problems with our 2005 Montana. Flickering interior lights, ABS system failure (4x), retorque harmonic balancer, replace radio that randomly changed stations, replace molding on all doors from rust (2x), right wheel bearing and hub assembly replacement (2x), replace turn signal lamps (2x), replace fuel level sensor, replace strap on rear door that fell off. We have had issues with it not turning over as well, going on for over a year, and each time it is taken into the shop they are 'unable to duplicate the problem' and send me home where of course it fails to turn over but won't do it when they have it in their possession. The incident date below is the date of the first time it was in for service.

We have owned the car since oct 2005, purchased used from a Saturn dealership. Car was involved in a gas tank recall, however we were notified nearly two years after we had a rupture that dropped an entire tank of fuel on the driveway and were told we were lucky to be alive having driven unknowingly with this leak. Tank was replaced under extended auto warranty. Multiple electrical problems: tail light goes out and is replaced, then driver headlight goes out. Water leaks inside drivers side headlight when it rains. The tail plug in for tail light bulb had gotten so hot it had melted the plug in both tail lights. Random electrical failure with windows and door locks occurring. Dash panel burned out, radio display bled out and radio then failed - would not turn off after button was pushed and had to be removed from the dashboard in order to avoid draining battery completely. …
