I was pulling into a parking space at a gas station and the vehicle took off at a fast speed and I could not stop the vehicle, the "parking assist light came in saying parking assist malfunction, I tried braking and nothing, the car kept going I hit something then it stop as I put the gear in park, the passenger electrical window won't operate from the driver side, Lexus refused to take responsibility of an electrical problem occurred as the vehicle malfunctioned, at the shop they claimed nothing was wrong, with breaks or no electrical problem, there is something wrong with a part that causes difficulty getting the tire off and in turn damaging the tire , this was told to me be a auto repair shop, Lexus did nothing to take responsibility nor did they treat me well, as if I just decided to ram my car into something, I later read other reports where this vehicle had same problem with the …
The brakes failed, and I could not stop or control the car. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? The car nose-dived off the highway onto the on-ramp, I was with my brother and we could have died, and his back is broken, and my face is messed up.
