The vehicle was taken to an unknown dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to another dealer for a second opinion, and the contact was informed that the vehicle was operating like other similar vehicles. The dealer informed the contact that the vehicle was operating as designed. The contact stated that the failure persisted while reversing, and the rearview camera image was not bright enough while reversing at night. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. A case was filed with the manufacturer, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 5,300.
Active lane management jerked me off the road disabled my forward and rear crash detection sensor and my automatic high beams were disabled all simultaneously without warning or any sign scared me and my family since then my forward crash section is permanently on and will not go off I have no active lane management it disabled and said service and for the past 2 weeks has been nothing but electrical failure after electrical failure my dealership says there nothing they can do except clear the codes and reboot the system and see if that helps (we did that it didn't work either) so I feel like I'm paying for something that has only lasted me 17,000 miles and is about to quit because the computer in it or something is causing my jeep to be unsafe

the accident occurred on [redacted] in the city of Visalia, Ca. I'm not sure what time it was happened and any other details because I'm not the person involved in the accident but I bought the car from a dealership located in Corona, Ca on [redacted]. They never mentioned that the car was involved in a collision or if it had an accident reports. Even brought a Vehicle History report with the contact details.
