10/9/24: All interior vehicle sounds (turn signals, hazard lights, parking warnings, collision warnings, etc.) along with the audio sound system, are audible in my vehicle via the vehicles's audio system speakers. For reasons unknown and without warning, all interior vehicle sounds and the audio sound system cease to make audible sound; however, the infotainment display screen and the instrument cluster screen continue displaying normally and appear to function properly (system still accepts touch screen inputs and visibly displays volume knob input adjustments). So, in summary, a disconnect occurs between the infotainment system / vehicle audible warnings and the vehicle's speakers, through which the sounds emitted. …
I was traveling on the interstate, going a little over 70 MPH as I was passing a tractor and trailer. There were no other vehicles in front of me. Suddenly the truck jerked like the breaks were being applied and my speed was quickly reduced to around 60 MPH. The heads up display showed a crash alert orange symbol. I pushed the gas to try to get back up to speed but the truck would not accelerate and the speed kept dropping. I pulled over to the berm and came to a stop. There was a message on the message center but it went away before I could read it with everything else happening. I put the truck in park and waited a minute then I pulled back out and was able to get the truck back up to speed and home. I plan to contact my dealer tomorrow. The ruck was involved in an accident that damaged the front in earlier this year so I believe some or all of those sensors have been replaced. …

10/01/25: Vehicle brought to dealership for the 6.2L Engine Loss of Propulsion Recall. Engine Passed the Pico vibration test. Oil was changed from 0W-20 to 0W-40. Mileage was 29K. 06/17/26: Engine Seized at 43K miles. Was travelling 50 MPH up a Mtn Pass. Barely had enough momentum to roll to the right shoulder out of traffic. 07/07/26: New motor installed. Back to 0W/20 oil. Since ownership, I have to on a regular basis reset the Collison Warning from Seat Vibration to Beeps. It appears to reset back from Beeps to Seat Vibration every time there is an over the air software update. It might even just randomly reset. I cant tell for sure. I recently had a small backing accident were I was expecting the Beeps to alert me. I mentioned this to my auto insurance company. They told me this was not the first time they have heard of this type of situation.
On December 26th 2024, I was travelling 5 mph or less while pulling into a parking space at a restaurant. As I let the steering wheel return to center, my hand hit the Resume button on the left side of the steering wheel and the vehicle immediately began to accelerate. I was able to step on the brake to prevent the vehicle from hitting the wall of the restaurant. The next day on December 27th, 2024, i was able to duplicate the problem. I had set the cruise at 55 mph before I came to a stop at a traffic light. I released the brake and pressed the Resume button and the vehicle immediately accelerated from a dead stop. I've been an automotive mechanic for over 30 years and I've never seen this happen before. It's my understanding that vehicles wouldn't engage cruise control unless the speed was over 35 mph.
