While driving on the roadway at approximately 5,841 odometer miles, the vehicle's fender moulding/flare clip retention failed, causing the moulding to loosen and completely detach from the vehicle. The detached fender moulding separated in transit, creating an immediate road debris hazard for surrounding traffic and trailing motorists. The detached component was recovered with cosmetic surface damage and taken to an independent repair facility for repair and repainting. The component and vehicle remain available for inspection upon request. Prior to detachment, there were no interior warning lamps or messages displayed. The failure matches the defect condition identified under NHTSA Safety Recall Campaign 26V403 (Ford Manufacturer Recall 26S47). …

The contact's wife owns a 2025 Ford Bronco. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, the door stops on both rear doors began detaching and the plastic fender components fell off while the vehicle was parked. Additionally, the rear passenger's side window intermittently failed to roll up. The contact then received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 26V468000 (Engine, Electrical System) and 26V403000 (Structure). The vehicle was taken to the dealer for a wiring harness recall repair; however, the dealer stated that the fix was ineffective and too complex to perform. The manufacturer was notified of the issue and confirmed that parts were available; however, the vehicle was unrepaired. The failure mileage was approximately 500.
This is in reference to Safety Campaign 26S32. My fianc owns a 2025 Ford Bronco 5 door and her roof has the same exact issue that is described in this safety campaign. Before the vehicle had 5000 miles on it the roof had already begun to show cracks, honeycombing and is beginning to show signs of delamination. The vehicle is going to our local dealer in a week to hopefully have the roof replaced under warranty but I doubt that permanently fixes the issue. Fords comment that they have resolved the issue is patently false. I will gladly send photos of the cracks as soon as possible but this safety campaign, in my opinion, should be extended to all of Broncos from 2021 to current.
The contact owns a 2024 Ford Bronco. The contact stated while pulling out of the driveway two days after purchasing the vehicle, the contact noticed water leaking on the rear seats through the driver's and the passenger's side of the roof. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was determined that the water was leaking through the front seals of the roof while the vehicle was parked on an incline with the front of the vehicle facing up. The dealer informed the contact that it was a common failure, and that the vehicle needed to be parked in a different direction to prevent the failure from recurring. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 35.

The contact owns a 2023 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that upon inspection the hard top roof, there were several cracks formed on the roof. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the failure was acknowledged, and it was agreed that the hard top would be replaced under warranty. After the hard top was replaced, the contact inspected the new hard top and discovered several dents and uneven surfaces on the roof. The dealer was notified of the failure, and an agent advised the contact to bring the vehicle back to the dealer. The contact was informed that he could inspect the hardtops of the newer vehicles at the dealer lot and if he found a top that he liked, the dealer would swap the hardtop and replace the hardtop. After inspecting approximately 5 vehicles, each vehicle had issues with their hardtops. …
