Car acceleration literally jumping from 30-50mph this is all something that can be felt happening car accelerating when braking is occurring so when slowing the car down it does a speed up then it will begin slowing down then we have the car not wanting to accelerate at all almost like it is stuttering to go this occurs when I get to a red light and it goes green and I press that gas I acts as if something isn't registering fast enough. I've took my car to be serviced for these problems nobody seems to find an issue with the problems occurring the problem puts others at risk because we could possibly collide if I where to brake and the car continues to keep going instead of coming to a complete stop. …
I had the Cruise Control recall done on my vehicle in 2018, but it never really fixed the issue. I wasn't aware there was only a 2 year warranty on the work done, and that would have put it in 202 when everything was pretty much closed down. I contacted Dodge and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I know another recall was R61 / NHTSA 15V-675 ABS Ground Wiring issue which got "fixed." Now, I am having an ABS, Skid Control, Brake light issue. I took my car to the shop and they are charging me $180 just to find out the issue. I received a call from the mechanic and he proceeded to tell me the parts needed are on backorder and may be available in March 2022, which will cost close to $2k to repair. I was also advised by the mechanic this is a common issue across Dodge, Crystler Jeep. …

I bought my vehicle in 2017. Before a year of owning it I got into a wreck because my cruise control wouldnt turn off and instead started accelerating more. Then I started having issues with my catalytic converter took it to the dealership and they said there was no way. Shortly after the rest of my systems started to go along with it now it's been about 6 months and I have a vehicle that can no longer move or so anything. Once my catalytic converter went out it started clogging the rest of my system. As of September 2019 my engine is now completely gone because of all the back up not being processed by my catcon
I have had my cruise control sensor replaced multiple times within the last two years due to it not activating. After the last repair within 3 months it again stopped acting ating. This was about 8 months ago. 3 weeks ago I went to release my parking brake and heard a loud thud sound. The foot pedal would no longer catch and simply made a clicking sound. I had already scheduled an appointment for December 16, 2019 to repair my catalytic converter due to a recall that had been issued and let the service department know I had concerns with what possibly could be my emergency brake cable. They told me I could pay to gave it diagnosed but I let them know I would have to reschedule. Within this last week my truck has been flashing the traction warning light as well as the electronic throttle control sensor light which seems to come on sporadically. …
I went into my church for about 2 hours and came back out and started the car to let it cool down for my kids. As it sat idling all of a sudden my check engine light is on, my etc light is flashing, and my ESC off light is on. Shut it off and turned it back on and the engine light was on. Started driving and the etc light started flashing and ESC off light came on. My car slowed down from 60mph on the highway and I couldn't speed back up. I had to pull over and turn car off and back on 3 times to make it back home. To make it home I had to put cruise control on and hope I didn't get behind someone going slower than me because all the lights would come back on.

While on a family trip to san diego from my home in riolinda ca we experienced a strong jerk motion followed by a acceleration while the car was driving in cruise control. My husband tried to remove the cruise control so that he can return to controlling the acceleration himself and it was still accelerating more. He slammed and then continuously slammed on the brakes almost rear ending another vehicle. We have refrained from using cruise control.
