Both side curtain airbags deployed while driving down the street. The driver's seatbelt tightened then locked up. There was no obvious reason for the airbags to deploy. the vehicle was taken to a Chevy dealer to see if it was on recall list but they said it was not. Vehicle was referred to a body shop for estimate for repairs...$6,435.00....if you can find the parts. driver was shaken up by the deployment but not injured.

I had my cruise set on 55 MPH and was hit head on by vw jetta pulling out toward my vehicle, then forced to left into a telephone pole. Airbags didn't deploy, and received broken sternum. Don't know if seatbelt injured me, or if the seatbelt didn't lock on 2nd impact and possibly hit the steering wheel.
I have had my SUV since 2011 have had no problems with it until about feb. 25,2019. I had my brakes replaced ftont and back along with the rotors. A week after that I was driving on the highway come up to a red light was slowing down and when I got to 10 MPH it started to paulsate and wasn't for sure if I was going to stop completely. I finally did. I took it back to my mechanic he checked the ABS to see if the wheels were spinning at the same speed and they were. When I go down my driveway whick is a hill I'm not for sure if it's going to fully stop or go on out in the road, we are on a blind curve and it's rather scaring. Also I have a problem with the stablility and track light coming on and staying on, I just restart my SUV again for it to go off. It's both of the lights on the track and stablitity. My driver side seat belt is frilly on one side and getting thinner.
2006 Chevy Trailblazer spun out on snow while my daughter was driving. It went towards the left then immediately jerked around to the right and continued to gain speed as it launched us off the roadway and into a group of trees. The brake pedal wouldn't budge, the steering wheel continued to turn in circles not controlling the tires at all. The backseat broke apart before impact and was throwing my teenage son around in the back. The front seats broke loose as well and slammed both driver and passenger into the dash during impact. The seatbelts did not engage to lock into place like they are supposed to and despite full frontal damage and a SUV deemed totalled/destroyed by my insurance company, not a single airbag deployed or attempted to deploy. …
