Upon opening the sunroof while driving, the sunshade track bunched up and got stuck while opening. I was able to unbunch the track the get the sunshade to close, however, the fabric ripped away from the track on both sides. When the sunroof is opened, the fabric falls down into the car and completely blocks the view out of the back window. I tired putting the fabric up in the space it should roll into, but it will not stay and falls down while driving. I stopped using the sunroof for this reason. Now the fabric hangs down into the car. This happened almost a year ago. The fabric has continued to hang down further and further into the car. It is beginning to fall into the line of vision of the rear window. I used safety pins to hold it up, but it continues to hang down further. I have decided to get it fixed for this reason. It will cost almost $800 to have it repaired. …

I have a 2013 Chevrolet Impala--I have had multiple problems with; my dashboard lights up with service stablitrack, brake assist, traction control, and the ABS light comes on while driving down the road. I have taken it to numerous places, that tested it, and was told no problem was found. It makes a grinding noise when in reverse; sometimes it doesn't want to accelerate, especially when it rains. Also my passenger seat's, buckle up alarm, goes off when no one is sitting there and the front window always seems dirty, even after it's cleaned-inside and out.
My wife and I own a 2012 Chevrolet Impala,I have researched this vehicle a lot.on complaint websites, there are pages and pages of people complaining about the blend doors for heat and air,you have no control over the defrost or air oor heat, that is dangerous for anybody to drive and you can go up to car and badly touch car and it starts clicking and clicking and don't stop,Chevrolet refuses to fix problem that's their fault for using inferior parts ,that to me and a lot,a lot of people say Chevrolet and GM,don't give a [redacted] about the safety of their vehicles or customers,so if this problem isn't addressed,I know you don't care but I'll never buy a Chevrolet again, and I've bought quite a few Chevrolet's,but never been treated this way for their mistakes, the reason I know it's dangerous is because you can't control any functions of the heat air or defrost,my wife is disabled and for …
The engine died in a hard rain, wipers quit, flashers came on, windows went up and down, cd player quit and radio came on, then flashers went off. Windows would not go back up soaking the inside of the doors.this is my wife's car and now she is afraid to drive it. I called the dealer twice and got a recording asking me to leave a brief message. If they don't have time to answer the phone, how long will it take to fix it?
