Electrical system

Driving this vehicle in cruise control at around 70-80 mph, on an empty freeway early in the morning. No traffic but suddenly and for no reason the collision prevention system activated causing the steering wheel to turn all the way to the right and locking in place, the brakes activating, and leaving me no control sending me and two passengers in an embankment and the car on its passenger side.

The infotainment system of a brand new 2025 Blazer EV is doing blackouts, flickers, and changing commands and requests. While this may sound trivial - and if this system just did the radio - I would agree. Traffic was horrendous due to a closure of I95 in SC - ALL traffic was forced onto 2 lane country roads. Attempting to use the Controls, adjust GPS for alternatives, and adjusting displays - the glitches were causing either unexpected actions - or distracting longer than expected and causing near accidents. In addition I report that the "collision avoidance" is marginal or dangerous. …
