Air passenger bag recall... It's already been over 6 months or so since last year (2016) that I inform Acura that I have a recall. I inform them that I would like to get it done as soon as possible because I drove around with my client, nieces, family, friends etc.. I already had accident which is only me in the car. Whenever its time for my car service, I would remind them or inform them again and again how long does it take? I drove the car everyday!!! This case of recall should be done right away not wait for half a year or so to get it done.. And I'm still waiting for call or whatever they say they still waiting for the parts to come in..this is so disappointing!

NHTSA investigations
Electrical overstress
The Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) opened this investigation to determine if the failure of airbags to deploy during severe crashes, in certain vehicles, was the result of a safety related defect. During the investigation a complex failure was studied that can result in non-deployment of subject vehicle air bags and other restraint system devices in severe crash events.
