Affected: 2021–2022 Ford Expedition, 2021–2023 Ford F-150, 2022 Ford F-250 SD and 3 more. Filed with NHTSA on October 24, 2025, covering about 174,853 vehicles.

The problem

The moonroof wind deflector clips may be inadequately attached to the moonroof frame, which can result in the wind deflector detaching from the vehicle.
