On August 11, 2026, following substantial rain, the engine unexpectedly stalled three times while the vehicle was being driven. The most serious occurrence happened at approximately 70 mph in heavy highway traffic. The engine stopped and gauges dropped to zero, while electrical accessories and infotainment remained powered. The vehicle restarted immediately but would stall again if shifted out of park. This occurred several times before staying on. No check engine light appeared at any point indicating an issue. Other stalls occurred at lower speeds. I subsequently discovered significant recurring water intrusion into the rear cab. Water visibly drips from both upper corners of the rear-window area during rain and has saturated the rear seat and reached the floor under the rear seats up to the front passenger footwell. My children's car seats have been soaked. …

The issues started with the sunroof not closing. And the uconnect touch screen inoperable ( it went black and no options available ) It seemed to be a fluke and resolved itself. But within a few weeks the icons for the driver and passenger seat heaters were no longer on the screen. Now that the season has changed and temps have dropped, the drivers side heater will automatically come on when the truck is started and it's below a certain degree outside. It gets crazy hot and will only shut off when the truck is turned off. This was followed by the icons for the radio options resorting themselves and the one for USB disappearing as well. The usb connection still works, but it has to automatically switch over when plugged in, it cannot be manually selected. Lastly the ParkAssist seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it will function as intended. …

A cracked backlite frame resulting in an interior water leak (crack is visible from the outside). Water leaks from the top of the backlite. There is a recall under Warranty Bulletins: U.S. D-23-17 (TSB: 23-098-23) for the same make, year, and model as this vehicle, but it is not listed as a specific recall for this VIN. In addition to the risk of mold in the vehicle, electronics located below the leak, such as the RF Module beneath the rear seat, could also be damaged. This could lead to the inability to remotely start the vehicle, or even start it at all, due to the module being used to recognize the key fob before the vehicle starts. This could strand an individual and represent a safety concern in this aspect. The problem is well known on other vehicles; see the previous reference for Warranty Bulletins: U.S. D-23-17 (TSB: 23-098-23). However, it is not listed for this VIN. …

The radio which is a 8.4 uconnect screen had started to delaminate cause the screen to randomly select items and constantly switch back and forth from one screen media to hvac controls and apps, it automatically turn my heated and cooled seats on and off and again and had even turned my auto dimmer for my rear view mirror off, and when I tried to turn it back on it would select the auto dimmer like I was touching the screen when I was not. This mind you while I was trying to drive at night making a huge distraction. It constantly hits items on the screen which brings up dialog which requires me to look down away from the road.
