"Takata recall" I was in motion driving less than 30miles/hour in traffic, stopping few times and kept a good distance. All of a sudden, I applied the brakes to stop but the vehicle did not stop and kept moving fast. I applied the brakes soo hard, vehicle did not stop the collision system that was suppose to stop the vehicle and avoid the collison did nothing. I reported the same issue when I took the vehicle to the dealership during my 1st service and expressed concern regarding the sensors not working. The car has only 6,000 miles. The day was sunny and this happen during rush hour off on golf road in des plaines illinois

I got into an accident in October 2019 where I was rear ended and carried into another vehicle but my air bags did not deploy although my headrests did deploy but prior to the accident my car would fishtail when making turns when the roads were wet and while driving on the highway trying to merge into traffic my car loses acceleration all on its own and then gradually picks up speed again I've almost got hit several times because of this. Also my car has shut off on its own in traffic with heavy traffic it was very scary we didn't know what was happening to the car and this has happened twice. Now my car is showing a lot of hard code errors from the ABS/ESC system to power seat modules they say it's something wrong with the computer system itself because it doesn't notify you of any issues on the dashboard at all. …
On July 4 2017 at approximately 7:30 am et I was waiting to park and had my foot on the brake when suddenly the engine revved and accelerated, moving the car forward and crashing into the passenger rear bumper of a parked Ford f-150. I pressed even harder on the brakes and the car continued to move forward as if it was sliding on ice; it created tire skid marks from my front tires - supporting that the brakes were engaged. I attempted to put the car in neutral and the engine continued to rev faster. The nose of my car was lowered due to my pressing on the brakes and as a result the front end of my car went under the bumper of the truck and began lifting the truck until it finally came to a stop. The conditions were sunny and the asphalt was dry. On Friday June 23 at approximately 2:00 pm et I was backing down my driveway, which has a slight vertical decline, so the brakes were engaged. …
I am submitting this complaint regarding a catastrophic engine failure in my 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe while driving at 70 mph on the highway. Without any prior warning, the engine suddenly started making a loud knocking noise from under the hood, and shortly after, the car lost power. There were no check engine lights or other indicators signaling an issue before the failure. I was able to safely pull the car over to the side of the highway without further incident, but the engine was completely inoperable. The vehicle has since been inspected by a certified mechanic, who confirmed that the engine failure was due to a mechanical defect, likely tied to the known issues with Hyundai's 2.0T engines. These engines have been reported to suffer from bearing failures and lubrication problems that can lead to catastrophic engine failure, which is consistent with my experience. …
My wife came home an told me that the car had accelerated on it's own. I took it for a drive after she had shut it off, and found no problems. This happened several months ago, and she took it to the local dealer, and they could not find a problem. This pass weekend the same thing happened to me. I even drove up a hill to see if it would keep on accelerating, and it did. I had to pull over to the side of the road and turn the car off. When I restarted, it worked normally. The cruise control was off.
