What owners report
The 2015-17 all have the same issue with the ac system as a whole, it is very faulty and not safe. This is due to a manufacturing defect. The ac constantly blows hot air even when on cold and only on to the windshield which causes visibility issues which could be fatal for me or anyone on the road. I went to ford yesterday to ask about the issue which I was told "we only have one person today that can look at it" and was later told that he wouldn't take a look, without any reasoning. I had to go to a different company to get my car diagnosed. As I stated before this is a occurring issue with the year make and model of my vehicle.

The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.

Tl* the contact owns a 2007 Ford Mustang. Each time it rained, water entered into the driver and passenger side door panels, the trunk, pillar panel, the headliner border panel, and the carpet. The carpet began to rust due to the failure. The vehicle was taken to vicksburg Ford Lincoln (located at 2431 n frontage rd, vicksburg, ms 39180, [phone]) where it was diagnosed that coolant was leaking under the glove compartment onto the floor. The dealer also stated that the heater hoses or the heater core needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to the repair fees. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 280,000. The consumer stated multiple electrical damages due to water leaks radio, windows, and battery. And also alternator, transmission, and thermostat for safety precautions.
2007 convertible Mustang. The rear drivers side defroster tab has come off of the glass, I do not have a rear defroster with this part not working. My car is under warranty and Ford is refusing to fix the problem. This is not just my car but has been as issue since 2004. Electrical & lights: visibility:defroster/defogger system:rear window service bulletin number: 4189 NHTSA number: 10014062 model years affected: 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 date of bulletin: 04/2005 bulletin summary: rear window defroster grid/integral antenna diagnosis and repair - terminal tab repair.
My v6 Mustang stalls while in motion causing the steering and brakes to freeze. This is a potentially deadly problem. It has happened four times; once at 30 MPH, 60 MPH, 45 MPH, and 40 MPH. The car only has 4500 miles on it. I also have a problem with a heater display light going out. Dealership can't identify the cause of either of these problems. It's been in the shop four times for the stallling and they've been able to determine nothing. I have anxiety while driving the vehicle as it stalls out at any time with no warning whatsoever. Very, very scary.
In first complaint regarding suspension arm bolts was told this stuff happens, in regards to the water leakage in exhaust, was told that is normal. I feel it isn't normal when it is pouring down my driveway. They didn't fix the problem. Had tires rotated then got a flat tire and they cross threaded the lug nuts and the bolt had to be broken off to repair the flat tire.
