Help!! I have a 2008 Magnum. I tried for 3 months to get the ignition recall done. "parts weren't available". Suddenly 3/2016 my car shut off while driving. It was towed to a dealer where they did the p57, r25 recalls. Upon return of car to me I notice dash functions inoperable. I went right back inside and was told I could leave it to be looked at (I would be billed) I called fcausllc and they set me up for a tow to a 2nd dealer. There it was found the wiring under the dash had been pulled apart. Partial repair was made there, but I then had a slow drain on electrical system. For 2+ months I was ignored by FCA trying to get the issue remedied. On 5/22/16 I was on highway and car completely shut down again. This time I hit a retaining wall. It's been 3 months and I have no solution to this. I was ignored for a month and a half. Then they deneyed my claim due to it "not being a mfg. …

Case description I had a recalls on my 2008 Dodge Magnum for airbags, and ignition. Had it towed to comminwealth Dodge cause it stopped running while driving. They replaced the ignition, and supposedly replaced airbags also. The ignition allowed the car to then restart. However when I went to pick the car up it ran really badly, and had all the warning lights in the dash on. I confronted the dealership about this before even leaving the lot. They told me I would have to pay to have it looked at. I towed it to a different dealership where they found the main wiring harness pulled apart under the dash. After I picked the car up from them I've had the worst electrical problems imaginable. I've been stranded in ellensburg wa for 3 months, the battery died every 3-4 weeks. FCA will not even return any of my calls, and the dealership just tried to sell me a new car when I contact them. …

Son drove my car and lost control as it sprung out of control and he hit a tree. No airbags deployed during that impact. My insurance company totaled my car out but really didn't give a reason as to why they didn't deploy with such a hard hit. Police impounded my car and insurance company inspected my car for a settlement. I asked them why and I said I had to take it up with the manufacturer. He walked away with miner cuts. That could have resulted in his death.

Air bag light was flashing and contact Dodge multiple times to inquire and fix recall however all I was offered was a gift card but no sort of transaction while vehicle was being fixed and was told I would receive follow up to make arrangements to get everything fixed however never had received any follow up and finally like I had told and showed the dealer probably the bag was going to deploy luckily I was the only person in the vehicle the passenger side airbag deployed and caused me to go off road into rail totaling vehicle it was no injuries or damages to any other property however vehicle was total loss and had a car person pick it up so I wouldn't occur any cost leaving vehicle abandoned or in a storage facility when I contacted recall customer care for dodge and told them what happened now their excuse is a investigation however before this incident they have had ample time and …

2006 Magnum · Jul 2024 · crash

The engine in my 2006 dodge Magnum has begun stalling out after fueling precisely as described in NHTSA action number PE13016. The first time it happened I was in the middle of a U-turn at a busy intersection. The engine died and I lost power steering and power brakes. I was able to brute-force the steering wheel and narrowly avoided hopping the curb and hitting the light pole on the corner. This light pole might have just as easily been a pedestrian. I called my local Dodge dealer (Ontario Dodge, Ontario California) to explain the problem and arrange to bring the car in. I let them know that I was aware that this issue was addressed under NHTSA action number PE13016 and should be covered under the lifetime warranty extension. I was told by the service adviser that I am required to drop off my car and that it would be 7-10 days before they would look at it. …
