The problem

DVUSA will notify owners, and Mercedes-Benz or Freightliner Sprinter dealers will inspect the running direction of the tires, correcting them as necessary. If the thread wear is uneven, the tires will be replaced. All services will be performed free of charge. The recall began May 15, 2020. Owners may contact DVUSA customer service at 1-877-762-8267.
