What 2023 Nissan Titan owners say
Transmission & drivetrain
While in PARK, my 2023 Nissan Titan inexplicably started rolling away as I was getting my mail from my mailbox. It traveled down my driveway, over a railroad tie border, deflected off of a tree, and eventually came to a stop when it became wedged under a pine tree. The wheels were turning. The vehicle was not sliding. There was snow and I recorded the impressions of the tire tread in the snow. Furthermore, when I got into the vehicle to back it out, the vehicle's shifter was still in PARK. I put it in reverse, backed it out from under the tree, and was able to drive it to my parking pad. The vehicle is available for inspection. My safety was put in risk because the only thing I could have done is chase after and attempt to jump back into the driver's seat (the door was still open). I thought better of taking such a risk and did not do so. …
The truck was parked on hill and as I unlocked it, it rolled down 2 blocks. Hit a brick wall and finally went into a yard and hit a parked car. This is the second time this truck has rolled down. First time, I was able to catch it but this time I couldn't. It was horrific to witness.
Suspension
The contact owns a 2023 Nissan Titan. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for tire repairs and was advised that an alignment was needed. The contact stated that the vehicle was then taken to a dealer where it was determined that the alignment could not be performed because the required bolts were missing. The alignment was not completed, and the vehicle was not repaired. The contact believed that the vehicle was sold with the missing parts. The manufacturer was notified of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 44,000.

Bought my 2023 Nissan Titan Pro-4x from dealership May of 2023. Never been involved in a collision. So there should be no reason it feels as if something is loose on the underside. There have been similar reports of this vibration/shaking such as this one: "Nissan Titan Pro-4X 4WD was bought new from dealership. Have had issues with the truck downshifting hard when slowing down since purchase. The truck lurches forward under 5MPH - 10MPH and feels like you are being rearended by another vehicle. Identical issue to NHTSA complaints 11578467 and 11539769." I have also had it happen once so far. I have been driving no more than maybe 10MPH and it recognized something in front of the sensor and the truck slammed on the brakes to a stop. Mind you I was in an empty parking lot. On long drives, my forward collision sensor will randomly illuminate for no reason. …
