What 2025 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC43 owners say

Electrical system

every time I get into my vehicle, I have a new malfunction that pops up and when I take it to the dealership they can never find what's wrong. I have had multiple instances where my screen will turn black and there's nothing I can do or the screen will freeze, and I can't figure out how to get it back on. I can't figure out how to get CarPlay to automatically connect to my phone because the vehicle is so jacked up. It's been in the shop probably about 13 times since I've gotten it last December and has been in collision for six months now from someone rear ending me. every time collision calls me to pick it up and says it's fixed it's not fixed.

Once my foot was off the brake, the car suddenly accelerated on its own, and before I could react, the vehicle hit and jumped over the curb and continued accelerating into the wall of the Staples building before coming to a stop. There was no audible or visual warning message of any kind prior to, during, or after the vehicle's sudden acceleration. The air bags did not deploy. …
