What 2001 Ford Motor Home owners say
Speed control & acceleration
I received a recall notice from Ford (recall #05s28). As instructed, on September 20, 2007, I had the cruise control disconnected at a Ford dealership and was told the part is on order. I have contacted the dealer many times and the part is apparently unavailable to resolve Ford's defective equipment. I sent an email to Ford Motor company requesting contact from them concerning this issue and have not heard from them either. Please help.
Was notified by Ford Motor com. That the speed control on our Ford rv was unsafe and needed service. I took the vehicle to a Ford dealer who disconnected the device and was told that a replacement unit would be installed in jan or feb of 08 and I would be notified once again. No word yet. Why?
