The contact owns a 2015 Ford F-53. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact stated the windshield wipers on both sides of the vehicle were not functioning properly. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the windshield wipers had completely stopped working. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired.
