HVAC dripping into right frame horn causing severe rust affecting steering linkage, and loss of vehicle control. No appropriate drain tube to route moisture away from frame was installed at the factory. Very dangerous!

The front ball bearings failed on a 200 Dodge Van. I also saw other vans with similar miles(40,000) with the same problem and with ball joint problems too. This was prompted by a tv report on Dodge durango ball joint problems. I think Chrysler is making bad front end parts for all its light duty trucks.
