The manufacturer sent a third party to fix an airbag recall. Before the third-party technician touched my truck for the recall, both my horn and cigarette lighter worked. Now, after their repair, neither works. Therefore, something they did caused an electrical fault. I advised whoever sent the technician and they said they would send the guy back. No one will answer my calls and no one has fixed my issue.

I was notified by Dodge in November that my Takata airbags needed to be replaced due to explosion issues. I called dealer promptly and they scheduled an appointment for January 9. As of today, they still have not honored this appointment because Dodge is not even shipping replacement airbags yet. Meanwhile, there has been yet another report of a fatality due to these airbags. So, I am driving around with a potential "bomb" in my truck and the company is doing nothing to fix it.

Takata recall I took this truck in for the recall, left the dealer and the steering locked up as I turned onto a road, I had to jerk it very hard to release the wheel and when it did release it made a snapping sound from the steering column in the area where the airbag sits. Went back and told them what happened and five minutes later I was told my steering shaft couplers are bad. I never had this issue before, but they say I'm wrong as of now we are afraid to drive this vehicle.
